FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 
  • Please fill out our Contact form with your wedding information. Next we can schedule a floral consultation where we talk about your ideas and create a proposal for you.

  • We are an event based business focusing on large events. Therefore we are unable to process small orders.

    For our events, we have a minimum expenditure we ask you to meet before sales tax. All flowers, rentals, set up and break down fees go towards your minimum. Minimums for 2023 are as follows:

    November - March $3500

    April - October $4500

  • When you’re ready to move forward we will send you a contract to review. Upon signing and returning the contract we asked for 25% of the total invoice. Another 25% is due halfway during your planning process. The final 50% is due one month before your big day.

  • We will always plan to provide the vases unless you decide that you want to bring or make your own. Just be sure you run these by us first.

    You have the option to rent the vases from us in which case we would collect them after, or you can purchase the vases from us which means your guests and family can take them home! The style of the vase it’s completely up to you and prices vary if you’re going to purchase them.

  • We will always plan to come to your venue to set up the flowers and install any design that is coming from us. If we’re providing candles or any other decor, we will set those up as well! Also, if you need delivery at two locations we’ll just add a small fee for that.

    If you’d like us to return to pick everything up we will plan to do that as well. If you would prefer to bring the items back to us a week after the wedding, and forgo the pick up fee, that can be arranged instead!

  • A design mock up is available and is suggested to be scheduled about 2 months before the event. The fee is $200 and we will view a centerpiece* and a bridesmaid bouquet. “Tall” centerpieces not included. Additional travel may need to be arranged.

  • Email is always best so that when I respond, I have everything I need in front of me. I check my email at least once a day and will respond as quickly as possible. Please reserve phone calls and text messages to urgent matters for booked couples.

  • I’m excited to focus solely on floral design as my business grows. I can refer you to some excellent day of coordinator for full service wedding planners and highly recommend you hire a vendor like that - it will be your best spent money, I promise you!
